How we run it.

01 · Intro call.
15 minutes. You tell us the brand, the goal, the rough budget. We tell you what we'd actually run and what we wouldn't.
02 · Proposal.
A one-page activation plan with deliverables, dates, venue list, sample creative, and a flat number. No hourly nonsense.
03 · Build.
2–4 weeks lead time depending on scope. Bizzy handles venue agreements, staffing, content team, and guest-list seeding.
04 · Night of.
On the ground from setup through last call. Hosts at the door, photographers in the rooms, recap reel rolling the next morning.
05 · Recap.
Within 72 hours: edited photo set, recap reel, attendance numbers, and a one-page wrap report you can forward to your CMO.
