    Day + headcount + which venue you're picturing (or "you pick"). One sentence. We text back within the hour.

    Pick a package

    2-hour, 3-hour, or buyout. We send a per-head quote and a list of upgrades (decor, DJ, dessert table).

    Lock + invite

    50% deposit holds the night. We send a shareable RSVP link for your group chat that pre-fills the door list.

  4. 04

    Show up

    Hosts at the door. Wristbands ready. Booth waiting. You walk in and the venue already knows who you are.

  5. 05

    The recap

    Photos and reels in your inbox within 48 hours. Tagged, ready to repost.

Birthday questions, answered.

How early do I need to book?

Minimum 2 weeks for wristband packages. Buyouts and Saturday peak nights: 4–6 weeks. Holiday weekends sell out 8 weeks early.

What's the per-head price?

Per-head varies by venue and night. 2-hour packages start around $55/head, 3-hour around $75/head. We send a fixed quote so there are no surprises.

What if guests show up after the wristband window starts?

Latecomers still get a wristband for whatever time is left. We can also extend the window on the spot for a small per-hour add — paid through us, not the venue.

Can I add bottle service on top of the wristbands?

Yes — that's how most groups do it. Wristband for the room, bottles at the booth. We handle both bookings on one bill.

Do I get a private room?

Reserved booth or section by default. Private room or full-venue buyout is the upgrade — that's the Package 03 lane.

Cake? Sparklers?

Cake-and-sparklers parade is included on both wristband packages. Custom cake (your bakery or ours) is an add-on.
